About Me

I trained with Wessex Counselling & Psychotherapy in Frome, Somerset. I am registered with both the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and the British Psychoanalytic Council and I abide by both of their professional Codes of Ethics. I have a qualification in Psychodynamic and Psychoanalytic Supervision from Severn and Thames Psychotherapy Network in Bristol. In addition, I have completed an Advanced Certificate in Loss and Grief.

My psychodynamic background means I can help you to think about yourself within the context of your childhood and growing up. Our ways of connecting with others are often learnt at a young age and these patterns can continue throughout our lives and affect our relationships. Exploring these patterns can help us feel more balanced and self-aware and can enhance our relationships with others.

I am based just outside of Bath and my clinic is solely online.
